Bubble Guppies Halloween Party

Project Overview

Created for Nick Jr. while at Workinman. I was the sole programmer on the project, working alongside an artist and project manager. Our team exceeded expectations and we were able to ship ahead of schedule.

Game Summary

The Bubble Guppies are gearing up for Halloween and they need your help to get ready! Dress them up and make sure they're looking boo-tiful for Halloween! Play from a browser or the Nick Jr. app on compatible devices (iOS, Android).

Role: Gameplay Programmer

• Designed and developed a dynamic dress system compatible with all the characters. This made for a fast and iterative pipeline from DCC (Spine 2D) to the game engine.
• Implemented screen clearing and final picture frame gameplay mechanics.
• Optimized game performance on low-end devices. Ensured all specified platforms and devices ran to specifications.
